Notes
- Although this skill seems to be intended for spiking builds, wary opponents can anticipate the spike by looking for the tell-tale shout beforehand.
- Combined with Critical Chop you can get a great percent chance to interrupt someone.
- Several copies of this skill on a teambuild can cause skills like Energizing Finale, Finale of Restoration and other skills that activate when a chant or shout ends to trigger rapidly.
- This adrenal shout allows attack-focused paragons to both buff their combat abilities and to renew the duration of refrains without using a chant. Activating a chant takes one or two seconds, which could be better utilized chasing kiting opponents or dealing weapon damage. See Aggressive Refrain and Bladeturn Refrain for examples.
- Since the skill's effects are triggered by attacks, not attack skills, this skill can work wonders in the presence of a Minion Master.
- Incidentally, this skill is great for energy management in combat for primary-class Paragons. The Leadership attribute effect gives the player 1 energy for each ally affected (up to half the player's Leadership rating) for a cost of only 4 Adrenaline.
