Alacena is a NPC located in a small settlement in Arbor Bay, where she has found refuge by a tree planted by Ronan. She is not involved in any quests, and she seems to be both a follower of Ventari and a permanent resident of the island.
"There are some who would call this running away. But you can't teach a man anything once he is dead. Only by living can we secure a better tomorrow. If peace does not come in our time, then it will come in our children's. What is important now is that we are walking a path that will lead to salvation."
