Skill details

Full: For 10 seconds, the next attack skill used by each party member within earshot also causes Burning for 1...3...3 seconds.

Concise: (10 seconds.) Party members in earshot inflict Burning condition (1...3...3 seconds) with their next attack skill.

Anthem of Flame ends and the burning is triggered after a character successfully hits with an attack skill, not simply uses one. Blocks, misses, or dodges do not trigger the effect.
When used with attack skills that require a condition to trigger an effect (such as Disrupting Throw), Anthem of Flame's burning will be applied first and then the skill's effect will trigger.
When used with a multi-hit attack skill, such as Barrage or Cyclone Axe, this chant will only cause the first target to be hit to burn.
