An Armbrace of Truth is a collector's item. It can be exchanged for a Tormented item at a Deacon of Whispers in the Gate of Anguish. It can be obtained from the Spirit of Truth in exchange for 60 Anguish Gemstones (15 of each type). You can also find one in a Coffer of Whispers. Currently, there is insufficient data to determine which method averages out to be cheaper.

As of July, these items among many others are being illicitly duplicated by an in-game exploit. Trade for them at your own risk.
