- "I was painting the other day by the lake near Ferndale. A group of Dredge attacked me, and I had to flee. A Dredge, a sly Dredge if there ever was one, stole my art supplies, of all things! I don't know what it wanted with them, but they were really expensive... a gift from the Kurzick master who trained me in the arts. Please, can you retrieve my stolen art supplies?"

- Reject: "No. I think you need to suffer for your art."
- When asked about quest: "The sly Dredge stole my art supplies near Melandru's Hope."

This quest is most easily completed by starting from Jade Flats (Kurzick), but you can also start from Lutgardis Conservatory. Follow the quest marker to the Sly Dredge and kill him to obtain the art supplies.
