Finish either Zinn's Task or The Knowledgeable Asura. Travel to Vlox's Falls and find Chark just outside the gate. Talk to him (it doesn't matter which answers are given) and listen to the trial.
Travel back to the Shining Blade Camp in Talmark Wilderness to report to Salma.
After listening to the next dialogue, travel to Lion's Arch and gain access to Lion's Arch Keep to pick your reward.
