Notes

• This skill is great for a Rt/Mo to spam Heal Party and possibly Heal Other.
• Combined with Serpent's Quickness, it can be kept up indefinitely, and near-indefinitely with Ghostly Haste or Glyph of Swiftness.
• Using Soothing Memories gives you a free heal, or in high levels even an energy gain with a decent heal.
• At 16 Spawning Power, using this along with Boon of Creation will allow you to summon most Necromancer minions almost for free, and the attribute used for both skills improves the minions.
