Avicara Wise are the mesmers of the Avicara tengu. Due to their use of Ineptitude, they are the bane of melee characters and Rangers, who are dependent on their weapons to deal the majority of the damage. Like all other Avicara, they enjoy using all their spells to deadly effect, including chaining Fragility with Ineptitude and Phantom Pain to deal impressive amounts of damage.
