Summary
This quest was among a series of storyline quests that were available for a short time right before the release of the Factions campaign. Altogether, these quests served to gradually introduce the Canthan continent, its inhabitants and their political turmoils to Tyrian adventurers. They were removed from the game shortly after the release of the new campaign.
- Convince Seaguard Ekarus to forge a truce with the Kurzicks.

- "My people have warred against the Kurzicks my entire life. Like them, I was once blind with rage...until I fell in love with Meika. I beg you, go to my father, Seaguard Ekarus and convince him to form a truce. He will not listen to me."

This is a fairly trivial quest that seems to be added to introduce the players to the Luxon Settlement in North Kryta Province. Just go to the settlement and talk to Seaguard Ekarus to complete it.
Tip if planning to do this quest with henchmen, it may be easier to start both this and the Can't We Get Along? (Kurzick) quests from Beetletun, where the Henchmen are level 12, whereas the henchmen at Lion's Arch are level 10.
Tip if doing both quests at once, complete the Can't We Get Along? (Kurzick) quest first as it can save you time as you can simply head to North Kryta Province to do this one. There will be less fighting.
