Description

Cranes can be tamed as pets by Rangers by using Charm Animal.

There are level 15 fully evolved cranes (usually elder) found near Yetis in eastern Pongmei Valley. Capturing one is next to impossible, however, as the Yetis will charm them by the time you get to them.

You can make a quick run to Haiju Lagoon and pick one up in the large Dragon Lilly-infested pond if you really want one of these lovely birds.

Another way is going into Zen Daijun (Explorable) after completing An Unwelcome Guest. Then follow the path going east.

The earliest known capture can be made during the Minister Cho's Estate (Mission) to the north of his garden past all the infected Tyrian animals.

NOTE 9/18/06: At some point in the last few days, Cranes head color changed from Red to Blue.
