To create, summon or animate a creature, in the context of Guild Wars skill descriptions, means to make a creature come alive in the mortal realm.
This includes:
- Minions (a.k.a. "animated undead")
- The Celestial Assassin skill
- Spirits (summoned by Nature Rituals, Binding Rituals, or dropping the ashes from Anguished Was Lingwah)
- Asura summon spells: Summon Ice Imp, Summon Mursaat, Summon Naga Shaman, Summon Ruby Djinn
- Ebon Vanguard Assassin Support
- Summoning stones
