Skill Description
Hex Spell (monster only). For 30 seconds, target foe and all nearby foes lose 1 Energy regeneration and suffer exhaustion whenever they use a skill that costs Energy.
Notes
- The only creature in the game who uses this powerful skill is the dragon Glint.
- Inspired Hex and Revealed Hex will NOT be replaced by this skill, but you still gain the energy from those Hex removals. Also, the 20 seconds Recharge won't trigger on these skills, so you can spam Inspired or Revealed Hex all the time when facing Glint.
