Notes

• To clarify: if an enemy Elementalist uses Flare on you, Flare will be disabled on that foe and every enemy allied to that foe.
• Enemy spells will be disabled even if they fail because of Spell Breaker or Shadow Form. However, this is not the case for Spell Shield and Obsidian Flesh that disallow spell targeting instead of causing failure.
• Defiant Ancient Sseer can also be found in Raisu Palace (Explorable), but with a different elite skill.

Bug! The concise description does not state that it disables the casters allies spells.
