Changes: Encrypted Charr Battle Plans

Encrypted Charr Battle Plans are items that drop in Guild Wars: Eye of the North. When players double click them they reveal encrypted text (which varies). The purpose of these items is currently unknown. When one speaks with Captain Langmar she says, "If you find any Charr battle plans, tell me immediately. We can decode them to figure out their next moves.". But when you have an Encrypted Charr Battle Plans in your inventory, nothing happens.

As of the official release of GW:EN, these no longer drop and there are currently no quests associated with them. Quests may be added later via an update.
