- From Kwat [Consumables] in Rata Sum for
- 1 Skill Point, 50 Feathers, 50 Piles of Glittering Dust, and 250 gold.
- From completion of the quest O Brave New World.
Notes
- Must be a Asura Title Rank 3 (Not Too Clumsy) to speak to Kwat.
- This item has no sell value to merchants but can be salvaged for Piles of Glittering Dust, which is not recommended.
