These bluish translucent bows can usually only be found in the Underworld, and the Ruins of the Tomb of the Primeval Kings. They can also be obtained from the chest spawned during the Kilroy Stonekin (Quest) in Sorrow's Furnace, and are used by your Doppelganger as well as the Ghostly Hero.
