These bluish translucent bows can usually only be found in the Underworld but can be obtained from the chest spawned during the Kilroy Stonekin (Quest) in Sorrow's Furnace, and are used by your Doppelganger as well as the Ghostly Hero.

Like its cousin, the Eternal Shield, dyes have no effect on the actual colouration of the item. The icon will, however, change colour.
