- The Name of the Henchman it transforms into is appended to the Tonic Name. e.g. Everlasting Henchman Tonic [Erick]
- This unique item will grant the winners of Henchman Skill Bar Contest an ability to temporarily transform into the image of the henchman that are named after them.
- Like all everlasting tonics, this item does not give points towards Party Animal Title track.
- This is one of the few tonics that can be used in explorable areas. The others are: Yuletide (and its everlasting version), Transmogrifier (and its everlasting version), and Zaishen.
