Full: For 10...22...25 seconds, whenever target foe suffers from a new condition, all foes in the area suffer from that condition as well. If target foe has two or more conditions, that foe is Dazed for 1...3...3 seconds.
Concise: (10...22...25 seconds.) Foes in the area also have any new conditions that target foe acquires. Inflicts Dazed on target foe (1...3...3 seconds) if that foe has two or more conditions.
This skill is extremely useful for Rangers using condition attacks (Apply Poison, Pin Down, etc.). Spreading conditions over multiple foes can not only nerf the entire opposing unit, but can also put great pressure on enemy healers who will have trouble keeping up with the damage.
This skill has a greater range than Epidemic, making it much more useful. However, Fevered Dreams has a two second casting time, making it vulnerable to interrupts unlike epidemic.
Powerful (and sometimes expensive) conditions like blind and dazed become much more effective
If used in tandem with dazed, have a barrage ranger in your party to attack the most enemies at once
Use in conjunction with Mark of Rodgort and a fire weapon to inflict lots of burning for a long time.
Note that a condition only spreads when it is applied on a target that does not have that condition, as per the description. For example, if you apply burning to a target that is already burning, Fevered Dreams does not take effect.
Use this in combination with Virulence to achieve an devastating effect on enemies who are near the monster who is suffering from this hex. Note that the hexed monster must be suffering at least 1 or more conditions before it takes effect (Note. To achieve this, you would need the capture one of the two elite skills).
