The Shady Luxon is a Kurzick spy found on the Luxons' side in Alliance Battles. If you talk to him in an Alliance Battle map, he will grant you access to the Kurzicks' side. He can also transport the player from the Luxon side of Fort Aspenwood and the Jade Quarry to the Kurzick side provided that the character has already visited the Kurzick side or is a PvP character.
"Ugh, this disguise is so uncomfortable. Don't be alarmed, but I actually work for the Kurzicks. I've got a secure path back to Kurzick lands, so how about helping us instead of these godless Luxons?"
