Fists of the Titans are sword-warrior creatures capable of massive damage. They rise from the ashes of a Risen Ashen Hulk and can also be found separate. Unlike Burning Titans and Risen Ashen Hulks, standing adjacent to these Fists, will not cause burning.
Defeating the Fists becomes so much easier if a party member equips a couple of skill (not spell) interrupting skills like Cry of Frustration. This will allow disrupting Healing Signet and make the Fists die much faster.
Another thing to note is that during Healing Signet, their armor is significantly lower. Elementalists would be wise to save their spike damage spells like Fireball and Chain Lightning until that moment. Their spells will easily do double-damage.
