Footman Tate is one of two Ascalon Army soldiers who stole from Serenity Temple then fled before being confronted. In the quest Frontier Gate Fugitives, players are to locate him and his cohort Footman Quinn.
Players can convince Tate to surrender by talking to him. They will then need to escort him back to Frontier Gate.
Location
Eastern Frontier: Tate can be found southeast of Frontier Gate before the exit to the Pockmark Flats.
