Full: For 5...17...20 seconds, target foe casts spells 50% slower and takes 5...41...50 damage whenever interrupted. If a skill is interrupted, Frustration deals double damage.
A common misconception with this skill is that you need to interrupt spells to make Frustration deal damage, but in fact it works on any interrupt, even if a non-spell skill or a plain attack is interrupted. (Knockdowns and skill failure are not considered interrupts by the game mechanics, however).
