Fungal Wallows are a subspecies of Wallow, short, chubby necromancers that can be found in the forests of Cantha. The Kurzicks have domesticated some of these creatures for moving loads, and can be seen in House zu Heltzer. Tamed fungal wallows are also seen used by the Canthan Dredge.

- Fungal Wallows cause knockdown with critical hits.
- There is also a miniature pet of the same name.
- The most extensive grouping of Fungal Wallows exist in eastern Melandru's Hope, each paired with one Dredge Gatherer. The Fungal Wallow boss, Rot Foulbelly also patrols this region. If one goes east from Brauer Academy, and then takes the path along the river to the eastern valley and heads northward, one will find several Fungal Wallows to farm for Truffles, a Canthan New Year festival ingredient.
