Grenz Frontier is one of the five Alliance Battle arenas, the first in Echovald Forest.
It gives benefits to Kurzicks by having control points being nearer to their base. It's reached when Luxons win enough battles in Saltspray Beach.
Control Points
The Grenz Frontier map has following control points:
- Elemental defense point: Spawning three Kurzick Army Mesmers or three Luxon Army Mesmers with skills useful against mages.
- Melee defense point: Spawning three Kurzick Army Necromancers or three Luxon Army Necromancers with skills useful against melee attacking enemies.
- Stream attack point: Spawning two Kurzick Army Rangers or two Luxon Army Rangers and gives team Battle Cry that increases speed, reduces skill recharge time, and increases attack speed of members of faction that controls point when captured.
- Resurrection Shrine:Spawning one Kurzick Army Monk or one Luxon Army Monk using healing skills.
- Resurrection orb shrine: Spawning one Kurzick Army Monk or one Luxon Army Monk and a resurrection orb that spawns again every 30 seconds after being dropped.
- Elite Warrior shrine: Spawning two Kurzick Army Warriors or two Luxon Army Warriors and one Kurzick Army Elite Warrior or one Luxon Army Elite Warrior that follows a player who talks to him. Follower spawns 60 seconds after dying. When control point is captured, follower dies.
- Elite elementalist shrine: Its similar to the Elite Warrior shrine, but instead, spawning one Kurzick Army Elite Elementalists or one Luxon Army Elite Elementalist.
