GuildWiki:Armor galleries project/Template consistency

This is a child project of the Armor galleries project intended to ensure that all armor gallery pages utilize the correct templates in a consistent manner.

Process

1. Edit the gallery article and add the appropriate template to the top of the page. Be sure to use the correct values for the template's parameters.
2. Preview the page.
3. Decide which images, if any, from the old section of the page should be reuploaded to fill redlinks in the template.
   • Try to use as many of the original images as possible. If the overview images are from before the Nightfall dye update (i.e., they show the old "undyed" colors rather than "gray"), reuse them, but include the parameter Undyed = yes in the template to display a note about it.
   • Note the original uploader's username in the summary when you reupload images.
   • Add a {{delete}} tag to the old image, noting that it has been moved: {{delete|reuploaded under more consistent name}} (unless you are a sysop, in which case you can delete it yourself).
4. Transfer any notes in the old gallery to the appropriate Note# parameters in the template.
5. Delete all the old content from the page, leaving only the template and the "Armor gallery subpages" category.
6. Save.
7. Mark the gallery as complete on this page, and update the gallery's status on the main GuildWiki:Armor galleries project page, if necessary.
8. Check all the armor overview pages, linked from Armor types, and make sure the preview images shown there match the images in the gallery. If not, edit the page to change the image name, and mark the old image for deletion.
