- This skill is used by Dhuum to "reap" banned accounts after they log in to a character.
- As soon as this effect takes place, a green and black circle will appear below the affected character and Dhuum will rise from the ground to kill the character, and log them out. This is visible to all players within sight, and can happen anywhere.
