Insight Scroll

There are two basic types of Scrolls in Guildwars:

"Regular" Scrolls

This type of scroll is a Focus Item for Elementalists. These scrolls have been renamed to Earth Scrolls in the April 25th 2006 update.

Earth Scrolls are normally linked to the Elementalist or Earth Magic attribute, although there are several collectors have scrolls linked to Energy Storage.

Insight Scrolls ("Rare" Scrolls)

This type of scroll provides an XP bonus to the whole party for a duration of time upon activation (by doubleclicking).

Acquisition

Insight Scrolls can be obtained from:

• Loot
• Rare Scroll Traders (Rare Insight Scrolls only)
• Merchants (only Common Insight Scrolls and only from the Crystal Desert on)
• Collectors in
  • Perdition Rock
  • Sorrow's Furnace

Sub-Types

There are 6 sub-types of Insight Scrolls:

• Common Insight Scrolls
  • Scroll of Adventurer's Insight: The whole party gains +50% XP from combat for 10 minutes.
  • Scroll of Rampager's Insight: The whole party gains double XP from combat. Rampager's Insight ends if the party fails to kill an enemy for 30 seconds.
  • Scroll of Hunter's Insight: The whole party gains 175% XP from combat. Hunter's Insight ends if the party fails to kill a boss for 5 minutes.
• Rare Insight Scrolls:
  • Scroll of Hero's Insight: The whole party gains double XP from combat for 10 minutes.
  • Scroll of Berserker's Insight: The whole party gains triple XP from combat. Berserker's Insight ends if the party fails to kill an enemy for 30 seconds.
  • Scroll of Slayer's Insight: The whole party gains 250% XP from combat. Slayer's Insight ends if the party fails to kill a boss for 5 minutes.
