Inventory

Basics and Usage

The Inventory is the place for all the items your character carries around with him that are not being equipped.

The default key to open your inventory menu is "i".

In your inventory you can "drag and drop" items from one place to another.

The inventory menu shows (in the upper part) what weapons, armor, heroes (in your party) and containers you have currently equipped.

Dragging an item over the Trash Icon will destroy an item. Dragging an item to a place outside the inventory menu will make you drop the item to the ground in explorable areas.

The "eye" buttons will allow you to toggle the showing of your cape/headpiece.

If you are using a PvP Character you will be able to save/load Equipment Templates using the "disc" button and access the PvP Equipment window. See the following image: File:Equipmentload.jpg

Inventory Structure and Size

In the inventory every item or item stack occupies 1 slot.

The inventory space includes:

  • Backpack (Key "F5") - 20 slots
  • Belt Pouch (Key "F6") - 5 slots
  • Bag No. 1 (Key "F7") - 5 or 10 slots
  • Bag No. 2 (Key "F8") - 5 or 10 slots
Note: The size of Bags can be increased from 5 to 10 slots with a Rune of Holding.
Note: Key "F9" can be used to display your entire inventory at once.

Per default your character is only equipped with a backpack. You can get a Belt Pouch and Bags from some - but not all - merchants and a few collectors to increase your inventory space.

For extra item slots you can open a storage account, however this is not counted as part of your inventory.

Notes

  • The backpack, belt pouch and bag icons in your inventory are all dyeable.
  • Zehtuka's Pack behaves like a Bag upgraded with a Rune of Holding.
  • Charr Bag behaves like a Bag upgraded with a Rune of Holding.
  • The only way to remove the game of the year edition bonus items form your inventory is to drag them over the trash icon and destroy them.
