Jade Wind Orbs were an event-specific reward trophy for Dragon Festival 2006. 250 Jade Orbs were required to obtain the Dragon Mask.

Completing the 4 quests given by Imperial Guard Hanso.
Completing the missions given by Captain Rujiyo.
Competing in Dragon Nest.
Winning in the Dragon Arena.
Random drop from all creatures in Cantha.
Random drop from a Festival Prize.

Also, during the special minigame after Emperor Kisu appears, each Celestial Charge delivered to an Imperial Sorcerer grants one orb.

Jade Wind Orbs were replaced by Victory Tokens for all subsequent Dragon Festivals.
