Jade Wind Orbs are items dropped from any monster in Cantha during the Dragon Festival of 2006. The Jade Wind Orbs are also available as prizes on the Dragon Festival from prizes and also as rewards for the special Quests. 250 Jade Orbs will grant you a Ceremonial Dragon Mask.

- Completing the 5 quests given to you by Imperial Guard Hanso
- Competing in Whack-A-Wurm
- Winning in the Dragon Arena
