The Jingle Bear will only appear if the party has at least one player who has completed all three Wintersday quests from Lieutenant Thackeray in the Eye of the North.
Jingle Bears do slashing damage.

Anomaly! The Jingle Bear in Gwen's Garden cannot be attacked and will not turn hostile while being charmed, and thus cannot be death-leveled there.
