Jolvor Stoneforge is the only non-elite armor crafter avaliable in the Eye of the North campaign.
He sells Tyrian, Canthan and Elonian armor style only and can be found next to the portal to Ice Cliff Chasms in Boreal Station.

- Jolvor Stoneforge has been added as part of the December 6th, 2007, game update that allowed low level players access to the Eye of the North expansion.
