Abbreviation for "Looking For Member" of "Looking for More".

It is commonly used by players in towns and outposts desiring to find additional members for a party working on a mutually agreed mission or quest (often followed by the quest's name, like "LFM Blood and Smoke"). Counterpart to LFG.

In the past this abbreviation has been used to mean "Looking For Monk", though this usage no longer appears to be pervasive.
