Unfortunately, one of the key members on the council has been held up on a trip to Kaineng City. Apparently, there was some trouble at Tahnnakai Temple. Perhaps (character name) should look into that first."

After completion of the aforementioned mission:

"It is my duty to guard the entrance to Arborstone. If you have approval from the Council of Nobles, I can arrange transport for you."
