Festival Games
Play Rock-Paper-Scissors with Lucky Hochei in Lion's Arch at a cost of 1 Lunar Token per play.
Notes
It is much more profitable to convert Lunar Tokens to Lunar Fortunes by playing with Lucky Hochei, however the speed at which the games progress mean that you can generally have earned more tokens than you save elsewhere.
