General
This type of merchants is often placed at the Resurrection Shrines outside a Luxon-controlled outpost. They sell what every merchant sell but you do not have to go inside the outpost to sell your loot.
They can be found in the exclusive area of an outpost, too. When spoken to in an exclusive area, they offer a discount. See Luxon Merchant (discount) for details.
