- This effect is applied to all characters that are standing in the "faerie ring" in Lion's Arch or Kamadan when Mad King Thorn appears during the Halloween finale event (starting in 2011).
- The effect is lost if the character leaves the ring, leaves the district, or dies as a result of not following the Mad King's commands.
- While under this effect, you receive 1 Gamer point for every command that you follow correctly.
- At the end of the finale, all characters that are still under this effect are awarded an additional 100 Trick-or-Treat Bags.
