• This skill is used by Maddened Spirit during the challenge mission of Remains of Sahlahja. The counter to this skill is called Spirit Form. If it hits you while in a Junundu, you will take 750 damage.

• The mechanic behind this skill is unknown.

• If outside of the Junundu, the Paragon skill "Can't Touch This!" will cause Maddened Strike to fail.
