Description

Madness Titans are vulnerable to Lightbringer's Gaze, however, despite their appearance, they are not fleshy creatures, making them immune to bleeding, disease and poison. Two Madness Titans are spawned when a Pain Titan is slain.

• Madness Titans spawned from slain Pain Titans will yield Experience, and, with the appropriate bounty, Lightbringer promotion points, however they do not appear to drop loot. Madness Titans which are not spawned from other slain titans will yield loot as normal.
• Madness Titans share the looks and sound of rollerbeetle.
