Description
The Mesmer Obsidian Armor is an armor art that is available as level 20 armor for each of the 6 armor function types (Charlatan's, Enchanter's, Masquerade, Rogue's, Savant's and Virtuoso's).
Like other Obsidian Armor, it can only be crafted by the Eternal Forgemaster at the Fissure of Woe.
