The term miss refers to an attack that fails to hit its target due to blindness or a skill that explicitly causes misses. Characters that are blind have a 90% chance to miss with attacks. Skills that cause misses will state a percentage chance of missing (or that all attacks will miss).
Whenever a player's attack misses, he or she will briefly see a yellow indicator text "miss."
Blocking, failing, and dodging are not the same as missing, although players may use the term "miss" to simply mean "did not hit."
