Description
Molotov Rocktail is a giant Devourer boss. He patrols in a north south pattern, about a radar in range. This patrol takes him very close to Horai Wingshielder. His aggro range seems to be about half the radar range, so be wary.

- He poses a threat, as his Devourer Siege is a quickly activated ranged skill that does 600 fire damage to any foes within the blast radius, so he is able to almost wipe out your entire party with just one hit. One way of preventing this is by using a Restoration Ritualist with Shelter and Union. If using a hero Ritualist, be sure to disable the two spirits beforehand and activate them manually when he starts running towards you. Keep in mind, he cannot use his devastating skill while his target is near him, so get closer as soon as you can. Use melee hate builds and throw everything at him. Keeping him constantly blind, Empathy-ed and degen-ning is a great way of defeating him.
- He is considerably easier to defeat if you go up against him riding a Siege Devourer. One can often, but not always, be found near his patrol route.
- He can be knocked down.
- Pain Inverter can be a good way to take care of him, especially in Normal Mode.

- Molotov Rocktail is one of the bosses included in the Brand the Boss 2007 contest and actually won the contest. It was named by Kiowa Wyoming of the United States.
- An obvious reference to the improvised incendiary weapon, Molotov Cocktail, which is named after Vyacheslav Molotov.
