The Monastery Scribe
The Monastery Scribe is the in-game character of an Arena.net staff member. He visits areas throughout Tyria, Cantha, and Elona; he searches for unique builds and helpful players. He is said to be very shy and he stays in some areas for only a minute or two.
Like Gaile Gray, his chat text appears in purple.
