Concise: Creates a level 1...8...10 spirit (30...126...150 second lifespan). For creatures in range, enchantments and Hexes take twice as long to cast and it costs twice as much Energy to maintain enchantments. Does not affect spirits.
This skill effectively debilitates a large variety of Monks, especially bonders who usually have more than one enchantment maintained.
The use of this skill, as is the case with many other Nature Rituals, should be discussed with fellow party members before using it as it may do more harm than good.
