Nobleman Kagita is a Canthan noble who enters Wajjun Bazaar with two Canthan Bodyguards from the Marketplace, making his way to the gates of Nahpui Quarter and complaining about the dirtiness and poverty of the area along the way. He also interacts with several other NPCs along the way, mostly just insulting them. It is currently not known what function he serves. If you do not help clear the way, he and his guards usually die to the numerous Am Fah mobs in the latter part of their path.
Nobleman Kagita and his two guards simply vanish at the gates of Nahpui Quarter, no interaction possible but those standard script replies mentioned earlier. The only possible reason for these NPCs are to give players a hint where Nahpui Quarter is located.
