This staff has two different skins:

• A PvE staff that seems to be tied to all spellcaster attributes.

• A PvP staff created using tournament reward points.
• Fancy PvP rewards.

Dye

Dye colors the whole staff, with brighter colors having a more noticeable effect than darker ones. Darker dyes tend to color mostly the staff core, while brighter colors markedly affect both the core and the stones.
