  • Refreshing this Hex on the same target before it has expired will cancel the first copy -- in other words, the healing effect will only occur once, 20 seconds after the last casting.
  • This one skill can do a surprisingly good job of keeping you alive. Near the beginning of battle, cast it on several targets for a big health burst 20 seconds later.
  • In the midst of battle, its low energy cost and quick casting time allow you to cast it on opponents just before they die for a very cheap self-heal.
  • Parasitic Bond is a common cover hex due to its cheap cost, fast casting/recharge time, and the fact it heals you when enemy monks try to remove your hexes, which also alerts you to the fact they have begun hex removal.
  • Parasitic Bond ends prematurely if the caster dies.
