Can be used well with skills that cause conditions on yourself to negate their drawback by sending those to foes. See Self condition inflict skills quick reference for an overview.
Combine this skill with Draw Conditions and/or Foul Feast to keep conditions away from your whole party by collecting them and simply sending them back to your foes with an increased duration to boot. If the enemies cause many conditions, you can even inflict a kind of "condition-spike" in this way.
