This skill is especially useful when combined with skills that inflict conditions on yourself, allowing you to negate the drawback of those skills by transferring the conditions to your foes. See Self condition inflict skills quick reference for a list of such skills.
Weapons with condition-extending modifiers (Barbed, Cruel, etc.) will lengthen conditions you inflict on yourself as well as conditions you transfer through Plague Touch, thus extending the condition twice when using a self-inflicting skill in combination with Plague Touch.
You will still lose a condition even if your target is already suffering from it or even immune to it (e.g., trying to transfer Bleeding to a non-fleshy creature won't cause it to bleed, but will remove any Bleeding from you).
If you transfer the Dazed condition, you will interrupt any spell the foe may be casting, as Dazed causes an automatic spell-interrupt whenever it is inflicted.
This is the fastest recharging condition removal skill in the game.
Anomaly! This skill's full description is redundant, because all conditions are negative.
